• WTI crude price averaged $94.77 per bbl in September 2026, up by 16.1% on a month on month
(MoM) and by 49.2% on year on year (YoY) basis, respectively.

• Dubai crude price averaged $109.67 per bbl in September 2026, up by 32.0% on a month on month
(MoM) and by 63.3% on year on year (YoY) basis, respectively.
