14th Annual General Body Meeting

India appears to be the shining star in the global economy and led the World Bank’s growth chart of major economies in its mid-year review. Stating this, Shri B. Ashok, Chairman, PetroFed and Chairman, IndianOil pointed out that the country has potential for double digit growth while addressing the 14th Annual General Body Meeting of the Petroleum Federation of India on August 19, 2015 at New Delhi.

He informed of various initiatives taken by PetroFed and representations sent to Government on behalf of the industry. The restructuring of PetroFed is likely to be completed soon, he added.

The General Body unanimously approved and adopted the resolution confirming the minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting held on August 5, 2014. It also unanimously approved the Audited Accounts forming part of the Annual Report 2014-15 as well as the appointment of M/s Mukesh Raj & Company, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Federation from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next General Body meeting.
